Because by having a beautiful building it allows us to give homeowners the best customer service by having dedicated customer service representatives to answer your call and  to help answer any questions you may have. If they can't answer your question, reception will direct you to the person who can. We have a abundance of warehouse space to store all the best systems the market has to offer and keep them in a climate controlled enviorment. We also have a training center to provide our employees the most up to date training on industry standards and more important customer service training. We have a customer service training program called WOW Service and the employees are trained weekly. We also have weekly meetings in all departments of the business to help you best! Without a facilty this is not possible. This one of many things we have done to help our customers have the best Homeowner-Contractor experience possible.
