Drywall removal - Removed drywall to access key installation areas and ensure proper placement of waterproofing components.  Ice Guard system: Installed an Ice guard to protect sump pump discharge from freezing, ensuring continuous drainage even during winter months. Rain chute system: Connected the Rain Chute to extend downspouts away from the foundation, minimizing water pooling, near the homes exterior. SaniDry Dehumidifier: Installed a Sanidry dehumidifier to control humidity levels, improve air quality, and prevent mold and mildew growth.
