In February 2019 our basement flooded, nearly two years after another foundation repair company came in to fix the flooding we had in our basement in June 2017. The other company did a poor job, and we decided to look for a better company. We called The Foundation Guys, and the entire experience was exceptional. Denis, the sales rep, was outstanding, professional, friendly, and reassuring. He provided an exceptional consultation, the quote was fairly priced, and the work guaranteed (which was a big deal for us). The crew were amazing, all of this in 1.5 days of work; incredible!  Since then, our basement has been water-tight, dry-as-a-bone, and we've been able to sleep at night confident that whenever it rains, we dont have to fear anything leaking into the basement. We gained peace of mind from an incredible, professional crew, which I can't put a price on.

Nothing but positive feedback from me, I have never dealt with a company so invested in their customers. Jerry was amazing when he came to do my estimate, he was on time and I didn't have to wait like with other contractors. Once it came time to get to work, they were on my property ready to go!!!

The guys were very professional and very upfront with all the steps for the project and they fast and efficient. They were fast and efficient, we were quoted for 3 days and they were done in 2. I would recommend them hands down.  

 We had checked other cheaper companies but right from the moment I saw the website and reviews I knew this was the company I wanted to go with. Every communication was excellent! Michelle responded timely professionally always kept us informed.  Paul, our sales guy was on time, friendly and knowledgeable , no pushy sales pitch just good solid information.  The installation guys called before arriving, arrived on time and got straight to work.  Joel was friendly and professional , the crew got in and got out leaving a professional job and the site clean and ready to go.  The cost was higher then other companies but you get what you pay for. We plan to spend the rest of our life in this home and never having to worry about floods again is a gift to ourselves. This job couldn’t have gone any better and we couldn’t be happier.  Thank you !!
